Since January 1st, 2026, electronic invoicing via Peppol is legally mandatory in Belgium.
From that date onward, Valorlub will send invoices to companies with a Belgian VAT number via Peppol, a secure and efficient network that simplifies invoice management.
To comply with regulations and to receive your invoices, you must ensure that your company is connected to the Peppol network.

Companies with a non-Belgian VAT number will continue to receive invoices in PDF format via email, as before.
